Location
Hide Away is a perfect place to simply relax on the beach with the sound of the waves and the warm sun soothing your senses. It is a true place for serenity. Many endemic birds such as the bush warbler and the rare Seychelles black parrot can be seen in our garden during the day. The children will enjoy meeting and feeding our giant tortoises. Our lush garden is full of tropical fruit ranging from coconut and mango to papaya and banana.

Things to do
We can arrange for car or bike hire prior or during your stay. Our staff provides transport upon request. Also, the bus stop is close by if you wish to explore the island in an economical way. The local bus service will take you to Ansio Lazio, Cote d’or and the jetty. While staying at Hideaway Holiday apartments, you can easily visit Vallée de Mai Unesco World Heritage site and all the restaurant and shops in Cote d’or beach.

We will gladly arrange fishing trips and island excursions for our guests. Praslin offers lots activities to plan for a perfect holiday, such as the giant tortoises in Curieuse island, golfing at Lemuria, snorkeling, diving, birdwatching, swimming, fishing, jetsking, canoeing, and of course, dining and enjoying the local atmosphere. An island cruise is a great way to explore the less traveled islands of Seychelles.

We are prepared to serve our guests with breakfast and traditional Creole meals upon request. Our Creole dinner can include grilled fish, coconut curry, papaya chutney, mango salad, breadfruit chips and coconut banana dessert. Meals are served in our tropical garden, set amidst swaying palm trees and accompanied by the relaxing sound of the ocean waves. In the evening you can experience the romantic ambience with a gorgeous tropical sunset draped over you while you dine. There are also a number of great restaurants near by the establishment in Anse Volbert and Anse Boudin.

The hotel is conveniently located between some of the most beautiful beaches in Praslin. One of the most beautiful beaches, Anse Lazio, is reachable with just 15min bus drive. The bust stops right in front of our establishment for easy pickup. The nearest beach is literally just a few meters away from the property so you can start relaxing straight away. Our staff is always willing to help you with directions and schedules.

Island-hopping
While staying at Hideaway Holiday Apartments, you can easily enjoy a relaxing day trip to La Digue island where you’ll have a chance to cycle around the island and visit the famous Anse Source d’Argent beach. The ferry trip from Praslin to La Digue takes 15-20 minutes. The local bus service will take you directly from Hideaway to the jetty.
